Jeveka joins Bossard

We are pleased to inform you that Jeveka B.V. in Almere, Netherlands is now part of the Bossard Group. Bossard acquired all shares of Jeveka and the company is now a 100% subsidiary of the Bossard Holding based in Zug, Switzerland. This has been officially communicated to the public and the financial market on October, 25th, 2021.

The Bossard Group is a leading global provider of product solutions and services in industrial fastening and assembly technology. More than 1 million items as well as proven expertise in technical consulting, smart assembly and inventory management distinguishes the Bossard Group. Bossard was founded in Zug in 1831. Today local and multinational companies count on Bossard’s expertise to increase their productivity. Bossard calls this concept, which is also a promise to its customers “Proven Productivity”. This includes optimizing processes and assembly and reducing inventories to increase the efficiency and productivity sustainably. In addition, Bossard is considered a pioneer in developing intelligent production facilities in line with Industry 4.0. With 2,500 employees at 83 locations in 31 countries throughout the world, the Bossard Group generated CHF 812.8 million in sales in the financial year 2020. Bossard is listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.

In recent years, Bossard has increasingly shifted its focus towards high-quality branded products and engineering fastening solutions and solidified its investment portfolio through appropriate acquisitions. The acquisition of Jeveka, fully reflects this strategic approach. Bossard so far did not have its own presence in the Dutch market. “The acquisition of Jeveka helps us to further expand our global footprint. We believe that our products and services add value to the customers in this market by increasing their productivity by reducing assembly and logistics cost,” says Daniel Bossard, CEO of the Bossard Group.

By joining Bossard, Jeveka can offer an even broader range of products and services to its customers. Furthermore, Jeveka is able to better serve its international customers around the globe. Jeveka will continue to build on its own expertise and product lines, and by using the Bossard network and expertise, it can further grow and develop the location in the Netherlands. “Bossard and Jeveka have been successfully working together for more than 35 years. We are convinced that we can serve our customers even better with the combined know-how of the two companies,” say Stephanie and Adriaan Veltkamp, Managing Directors and Owners of Jeveka.

It is planned that current owners Stephanie and Adriaan Veltkamp will leave the company after a transition period in the first half of 2022. The Veltkamp family and the whole Jeveka team would like to thank you for your dedication, collaboration and trust during the last years.

Jeveka will be officially renamed to Bossard Nederland BV on September, 15th, 2023.
