All articles which are marked with Icon with question mark will be inquired at Bossard for the time being. You can access the corresponding online form by entering the desired quantity and placing it in the shopping basket.

Your agreed conditions are shown on the selected products when you are logged in.

How to place an express order

I only need a small number of items, can I open a packaging unit?

In some of our business units it is possible to order items in smaller quantities. Please request the possibility and surcharges for such small quantities in your local Bossard business unit.

Can I upload an order with an Excel upload?

How long does it take until I receive the ordered items?

Delivery times vary between the business units in the several countries. If your order is received by 16:00 hrs and we have the appropriate stock, your order will usually be delivered within the next 3 working days.

What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value for deliveries of goods depends on your local Bossard business unit and currency. Please check the delivery conditions in your local e-shop.

Can I register as a private customer?

No, but private customers from Switzerland have the possibility to order without an account via credit card or via our trade partners in their area.

What is the fastest way to find a product in the E-shop?

Simply enter the desired article description, Bossard article number or your own article number (logged in) in the search field above the menu bar. All relevant results are automatically displayed while you are entering them.

 

If your search was unsuccessful, you can also enter via our product category and then select various filter options.

 

If you still cannot find the item you are looking for, please contact us via our contact form. We will gladly take care of your request.
